About Taidgh:
Taidgh McClory is a senior-level commercial real estate executive whose professional focus has turned to social impact. A former Managing Director/Partner at CBRE/New England, Taidgh actively promotes diversity and inclusion through his civic engagement and his business, T.H. McClory, LLC, a social impact enterprise founded in 2019 and dedicated to devising and implementing diversity & inclusion strategies for the CRE industry.

Mr. McClory’s career in commercial real estate and advertising has spanned over 20 years and includes expertise in strategic planning, commercial real estate brokerage, marketing, brand planning, market research, and economic development. He most recently served as Managing Director/Partner at CBRE/New England, where he led sales management, business development and civic engagement across the New England region.

A civic leader and champion of diversity & inclusion, Mr. McClory is a member of Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), a leading professional trade association formed to promote the interests of minority executives in the commercial real estate industry. In addition to REEC, Mr. McClory serves on a handful of boards and committees focused on diversity/equity/inclusion, social impact, commercial real estate, economic development, education, and philanthropy.
